Battery and Petrol Generators

All our generators will be tested at our warehouse before deployment. Customers are recommended to test the generators before accepting any generators.

If generator runs 5 minutes without plugging in any appliances, the generator is working fine. 

If generator runs for more than 5 minutes but shuts off after plugging in appliances, please re-calculate your power needs and ensure it matches the generator's rated wattage.

If generator shuts off after 5 minutes without plugging in any appliances or does not start, there most likely is a problem with the generator.

Petrol Generators 

If you face any issues while using our petrol generators, please do perform basic troubleshooting steps shown below.
  • Step 1: Unplug all appliances from generator. 
  • Step 2: Check fuel level, ensure there's petrol in the tank.
  • Step 3: Ensure that the fuel valve is open.
  • Step 4: Refer to Operation Manuals on how to start the engine. (Linked below)
